作品名稱 Title: 食.光交易所_沙美市場再生與未來想像 Food.Time Market_Shamei Market Reuse and Planning 指導老師 Adviser: 陳志宏 基地位置 Location: 金門/沙美 Shamei/Kinmen 作品介紹 Description: 「傳統市場」的負面印象能如何翻轉? 市場除了作為買賣場所還能有什麼? 過往市場營業時間較長,對人們來說是進行社交、聯絡感情的場所, 且在現今快速發達的時代,人與人之間的距離也越來越遙遠...... 金沙鎮沙美,金門舊有的市街之一,也是以前東半島第一大市街。因清代鹽場改制與海禁解除,使得商業行為興盛,沙美老街與市集也絡繹不絕。1949年時,國軍進駐,消費需求上升,促使新市街與市場於1964年建立。由於戰地政務的解除,主要消費需求者-軍人的離開、金城與山外的開發使得人口外移與老年化,讓沙美漸漸凋零。 沙美市場作為金沙鎮的主要消費場所,因需求量減少與人口結構之變化,使得使用率下降。而年久失修以及雜物的屯積,衍生出了建築與安全衛生的疑慮,不只前來買菜的居民減少,來遊歷的遊客也繞道而行,再加上消費行為模式轉變,面對多種考驗的沙美市場該如何轉型? 於是透過重新解讀市場的機能和探尋在地居民的需求,並置入公共活動,拉近人們與市場的距離,使得它除了買賣交易的機能外,也能達到世代交流以及文化的傳承。 藉由提出對「市場」不同於以往的思路,再透過「共食」活動來結合其公共場域的性質,讓市場成為人與人認識、面對面分享彼此的起點,表現出其與連鎖規格化商場的不同,將這個屬於「居民的舞台」的特色展現出來,且讓市場不再只是個到營業時間結束後就成空無一人的地方,而是能夠凝聚居民情感、提供教育學習的交流場所,以及改善年輕世代對傳統市場的負面印象。 期望透過對沙美市場的設計與未來想像的提出,使得老中青三代的居民有更好的交流互動,並改善市場現況的空間使用,使得這個公共場所成為能串聯並帶動老街、新市街、戲院。 How can the negative impression of the "traditional market" be changed? Due to the abolition of government affairs in the battlefield, the departure of the main consumer demanders-military personnel, and further development of Jincheng and the mountains have caused the population to migrate and aged, Shamei then gradually withered. As the main place of consumption in Jinsha Town, Shamei market has declined due to reduced demand and changes in the demographic structure.Disrepair and accumulation of debris have created doubts about construction, safety and environmental sanitation.
