How is the production cost calculated?
The production cost is based on the area of the venue and the number of works as the basic quotation range. Then, the complexity of the space, the materials of the works, and other information are evaluated to estimate the shooting and post-production time. Finally, the final complete quotation is provided based on the location and whether there are other value-added services.

How long does it take to complete the production of a reality exhibition room?
After providing the information and completing the shooting, the standard version can be completed and launched within about 2 to 4 weeks.

Are there any restrictions on the shooting space? Can outdoor shooting be done?
Both indoor and outdoor shooting are possible. ARTOGO uses the new Matterport-Pro3 camera, which has high-precision scanning and imaging capabilities, better handling outdoor lighting, and adapting to more scene requirements.

Can text descriptions or multimedia content be added to the reality exhibition room?
Yes, we provide you with an editing backend to upload and modify relevant information. Viewers can view text, images, videos, audio files, 3D objects, and hyperlinks through the right sidebar of the online exhibition room interface.

Is there multilingual support?
We currently support Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean. You can upload multilingual content in the system to provide complete information for foreign audiences. The language displayed on the viewer's end is based on the browser's default language.

Is the exhibition room compatible with different devices such as mobile phones, tablets, computers, and VR headsets?
Our exhibition rooms are powered by WEB3D technology, and any device that can access the internet (mobile phones, tablets, or computers) can easily view them. Currently, VR devices are limited to certain brands for simple space browsing, and in-depth development for VR device experiences has not yet been done.

Yes, we provide an iframe embedded link, making it easy to embed the exhibition room into your official website or other platforms, expanding exposure opportunities.

Are there any additional maintenance costs after the exhibition room is completed?
Our exhibition rooms require an internet connection to experience, with ongoing maintenance costs such as cloud servers and storage space. You can extend the listing period according to your needs, and only a small maintenance management fee needs to be paid each subsequent year to keep the exhibition room online.
