With its ever-growing research scope, Academia Sinica, with the Nangang Campus at its core, continues to expand its influence and external connections through the establishment of the National Biotechnology Research Park and the South Campus, while advancing the overall planning and enhancement of campus spaces and environments.
Campus planning not only bridges the present and the future but also responds to research needs and contemporary societal issues, while remaining mindful of history and tradition. Such work actively engages in dialogue with society and considers new ways of creating interactions—not only between people, but between humanity and nature as well.
