Is there an expiration date for the mobile guide?
Please refer to the details of each exhibition for the validity period of the guide. Within the valid period, you can view it an unlimited number of times.

How can I get a refund if I want to cancel my purchase?
You are eligible for a refund if the mobile audio guide has not been activated within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund, please email support@mail.artogo.co within 7 days of purchase. A 10% processing fee will be charged for the refund.
