從日治時期的「サカリバ」，到現在的「盛リ場」，不改的是其中「人潮聚集之處」的意義。
改善市場機能，激發遊客探索慾，重新詮釋場域，再現昔日盛景，傳承「盛場」價值。
From the "Sakariba" during the Japanese occupation period to the present "盛リ場", what has not changed is the meaning of "the place where the crowd gathers".
