有一群以媒介科技維生的怪物正躲在暗處將我們也變成怪物⋯⋯ The changing culture gives the births of monsters. The hidden monsters that live in media technology are trying to make us into monsters ... "Modernmonmon’s Century" is my first artwork that is displayed in public. The artwork is about the monsters of media technology, and the version of Artogo is reorganized from my master's thesis, which also shares the same name. There are two parts to this artwork. The first part is about the stories of monsters. It talks about how people use media technology and expresses how media technology affects our culture. Some of the monsters' characters are based on the appearance and habits of animals. Besides, there is an element of "belief" in the characters' story. To compare with my original version, the contents of the characters have been reorganized as a guide in the version of Artogo, and there is a short story for each monster. Second, based on the monsters' characters, I created a story to combine all these characters into 13 pictures. It talks about how we see the monsters as the observers. There is no reorganization with the second artwork for the version of Artogo. All in all, there is a link to akaSwap below each artwork, and some artworks on akaSwap are made as GIFs.
