以新竹的地形走向及高度向上堆疊，隨著風吹拂形成起伏波動的意象並結合燈光效果，底部與片狀上的刻紋層層堆疊後，在不同角度面相勾勒出「竹」字，並可左右推動製造動態上的流動，波浪狀弧形開口為強風吹拂進新竹地形的動勢走向，片狀左右推動搖擺呈現風勢，並與使用者產生連結。
