鯨魚是藍碳循環的重要角色，OCEAN HERTZ為傳達來自海洋的聲音，運用超現實插畫創作，視覺載體皆呈現大藉此具象觀眾對海洋和鯨魚的想像。OCEAN HERTZ反思當前全球氣候異常、鯨豚和海洋生態面臨的威脅與影響，並關注「藍碳倡議」。作品以鯨魚為出發點，撰寫如何與海洋共存之議題。五刊畫報主題分別呼應五大洋。運用插畫，創作出系列出版品，包含系列畫報、摺頁式科普圖鑑及創作過程衍生的畫冊。以減少生態的負擔為目標，OCEAN HERTZ的出版品皆以循環利用為考量，避免使用無法再生利用的材料。保護生態資源和減少汙染的同時，讓讀者能了解環境永續和碳循環，進而關注促進碳循環的鯨魚並幫助海洋生態，一同參與近年提倡的全球淨零碳排計劃。

Whales are important players in the blue carbon cycle. OCEAN HERTZ utilizes surreal illustrations as a visual medium to convey the sounds of the ocean and to create a tangible representation of the audience's imagination of whales and the ocean. The artwork depicts the impact of the global climate crisis on whales, dolphins, and ocean ecosystems. It explores coexisting with the ocean, using whales as a focal point. The themes of the five illustrated magazines correspond to the five oceans. A range of publications, such as posters, foldable field guides, and books, have been created through illustrations, with a goal to reduce ecological damage. These publications are designed to be recyclable. Readers are encouraged to understand whale sustainability and the environment, pay attention to carbon cycling, and participate in the global net-zero carbon emission plan.
