「口日皿品」由飲食、時間、器皿和品味四個單詞組合而成。 越來越多的人們開始注重養生,日益繁忙的生活和工作型態讓我們更加深刻的了解健康飲食的重要性,口日皿品透過一套食器提供入門養生的方法,即「順應時令飲食」。 春、夏、長夏、秋、冬分別對應綠、紅、黃、白、黑色系食物,是自古流傳的智慧,提醒人們需要順應時令順應自然,口日皿品將這個抽象概念融入到設計中轉化成色彩和圖像,讓使用者在日常飲食中有食材選擇的參考。 口日皿品從配色到工藝都是以養生概念為基礎,將養生慢活精神融入食器中。一件漆器的製作,是在層層堆疊、細心研磨後,才能有溫潤漂亮的光澤;金銀錯工藝是透過鑿與嵌將不同性質的金屬結合,需要耐心和細心才能使其密合。養生也是需要日積月累地實行,慢慢地培養成習慣才能使健康細水長流。 透過每一件食器,口日皿品在餐桌上注入養生之美。 - More people are focusing on health and wellness, the busy life and work make us more aware of the importance of a healthy diet. Through a set of tableware, 口日皿品provides a way to enter the health care process, which is " to eat in accordance with the seasons". A piece of lacquerware is made by stacking layers and grinding carefully to get a warm and beautiful luster; metal inlay combines different metals through chiseling and inlaying, which requires patience to make it fit together.
