Grit is the mission and the spirit. Life is glutted with stereotypes , which in turn limits imagination and constrains creativity. It will be a critical issue in this generation to be more empathetic while living in an environment of growing ethnic diversity. We appeal to eradicate intensifying prejudice through disruption and to reveal multi-dimensional social contexts. Break stereotypes by growing your GRIT. Have empathy and respect to others. The power of being fearless will be the key for our generation to succeed in overcoming challenges.
