人的一生充斥著各種既定印象，限制了發展，框架了思想，而身處在多元世代的我們，如何同理他人成為重要的課題。
我們透過撕裂，盼將社會上久經膨脹的成見給破除，並發覺表層下的真相事實。以「有種」的精神突破既定印象造成的侷限，學會互相同理與尊重 !

有種，是種使命，是種精神。

無所畏懼的勁氣，將成為我們新一代，面對難題的決心與勇氣。

Grit is the mission and the spirit.

Life is glutted with stereotypes , which in turn limits imagination and constrains creativity.  It will be a critical issue in this generation to be more empathetic while living in an environment of growing ethnic diversity. We appeal to eradicate intensifying prejudice through disruption and to reveal multi-dimensional social contexts.  

Break stereotypes by growing your GRIT. Have empathy and respect to others. The power of being fearless will be the key for our generation to succeed in overcoming challenges.
