The artist created a minimalist form by harnessing the tension of three bamboo strips, where the beauty of the bamboo’s fibres and the matte finish of the aluminum complement each other while maintaining a sense of harmony. The overall design incorporating modular function makes the piece easy to assemble and reduces shipping volume, while fully exhibiting the beauty of the bamboo’s fibres after cutting. It infuses a space that might otherwise feel solemn or oppressive with a lively and nimble atmosphere.
