Starting from humble apprenticeship, through continuous communication, examination, and reflection, we accumulate our own experiences and energies as nourishment, gradually growing and thriving. Now it's time for us to showcase our skills and present our dishes to the world! ‘’辦桌（ pān-toh）’’is a Taiwanese banquet event held at guesthouses, akin to catering, signifying collective organization, sharing, and cohesion. With ‘’辦桌（ pān-toh）’’as the concept of this exhibition, we present meticulously prepared "delicacies," inviting mentors, family, and friends to gather together, sharing our understanding and spirit, showcasing a diverse array of unique flavors, aromas, and presentations.
