從小小學徒開始做起，透過不斷的交流、審視、檢討，累積自身的經驗與能量澆灌成為養分，逐漸成長茁壯。現在是輪到我們大展身手，端菜上桌的時刻了！！「辦桌（ pān-toh）」是台灣的民宿筵席活動，為外燴的一種，意味著共同籌辦、分享、凝聚。本次展覽以「辦桌」為概念，我們端上精心準備的“佳餚”，邀請師長、家人、朋友們齊聚一堂，來分享我們的理解與精神，展現各式色香味俱全的獨特樣貌。 Starting from humble apprenticeship, through continuous communication, examination, and reflection, we accumulate our own experiences and energies as nourishment, gradually growing and thriving. Now it's time for us to showcase our skills and present our dishes to the world! ‘’辦桌（ pān-toh）’’is a Taiwanese banquet event held at guesthouses, akin to catering, signifying collective organization, sharing, and cohesion. With ‘’辦桌（ pān-toh）’’as the concept of this exhibition, we present meticulously prepared "delicacies," inviting mentors, family, and friends to gather together, sharing our understanding and spirit, showcasing a diverse array of unique flavors, aromas, and presentations.
