隨著台灣運動熱潮不斷攀升，隨之而來的廢棄球具與運動服飾也形成了一股不可忽視的資源浪費。在追求效率與新穎的時代，如何為這些「退役」的器材找到下一段價值？二次運球團隊以「永續循環、全民參與、工藝文化交流」為核心，推動「以工藝打造台灣運動文化的永續行動」，試圖為這些被拋棄的器材找到新生命。
As sports craze rises in Taiwan, discarded sports equipment and sportswear have become a growing source of waste. In an age of efficiency and innovation, how can these “retired” items gain new value? The Double Dribble Team proposes “Sustainability Circulation, Public Participation, and Craft Culture Exchange.” Through their initiative Crafting Sustainability in Taiwanese Sports Culture, they revive discarded sports materials and transform them into new creative possibilities.
計畫從源頭著手，串聯校園、球隊與運動品牌，回收被淘汰的排球、棒球、足球、網球與機能衣。物件經過拆解、分類與材料測試之後，再進入工藝轉譯流程：排球變身手機殼與證件套，棒球被重構為徽章與名片盒，足球被裁切成吊飾與獎牌，網球則成為紀念牌；機能衣轉化為飲料提袋與手機掛繩。每件物品都保留原有運動痕跡，成為能帶著走的「球場記憶」。
The plan starts from the source. Working with schools, sports teams, and brands, the project collects discarded volleyballs, baseballs, soccer balls, tennis balls, and sportswear for recycling. After sorting and testing, these materials are transformed into new items: volleyballs become phone cases and cardholders, baseballs become badges and card boxes, soccer balls turn into keychains and medals, and tennis balls become plaques. Sportswear is redesigned into cup sleeves and phone straps. Each piece keeps marks of its athletic past, carrying the memories of the venues into daily life.
除了商品開發，團隊也藉由工作坊規劃讓民眾體驗再製工藝，透過裁型、縫製到組裝，親手感受廢棄物轉化的可能。另外也深入校園，透過教案設計分享回收鏈與創意思考，培養下一批「永續工藝的種子」。
In addition to product development, the team holds workshops for the public to experience recycled crafts. Through cutting, sewing, and assembling, participants can feel the potential of transforming waste by hand. The team also visits campuses to educate the next generation about sustainability, using modular design to share ideas of recycling and creative thinking.
成果最終集結於松山文創園區的概念店，以「運動文化×永續工藝」為策展主軸，現場呈現材料循環的脈絡、設計原型與互動體驗，吸引媒體與運動社群共同參與。二次運球透過一次次的再製行動，將運動精神延伸至生活，書寫台灣永續運動文化的新篇章。
The results are showcased in a concept store at Songshan Cultural and Creative Park, centered on the idea of “Sports Culture × Sustainable Craft.” The exhibition presents the process of material circulation, design prototypes, and interactive experiences, attracting attention from both the media and the sports community. Through continuous acts of creative reuse, Double Dribble extends the spirit of sports into daily life, writing a new chapter for sustainable sports culture in Taiwan.
