“自古而來，「自然」孕育人類。而「閱讀」則是人類獲取知識的關鍵、文明發展的根本。
從心思考這兩者對於當代人類社會的意義，是進化亦是淨化。
「閱讀」能進化人類內在的涵養，「自然」成為一種淨化身心靈的場域。
當代都市之中，為知識與自然所建造的人造產物分別為圖書館與公園，成為了設計操做的方向。
透過將圖書館保存人類的紀錄與文化的收藏空間和閱讀空間分離，而進一步的將「閱讀」置入至充滿自然的空間-公園之中，並以建築圍塑自然景物，捕捉公園內部的自然氛圍與景色，在土、木、水之間交織出不同的閱讀空間氛圍，用環境來找尋心境的空間，放大更多的感知的體驗。
不僅僅是閱讀的空間，而是也能被閱讀的空間，是一處「 修身養性 」Self-cultivation 與陶冶性情的場域。”
Since ancient times, "nature" has given birth to human beings.
"Reading" is the key to the acquisition of knowledge and the foundation of civilization.
Considering the meaning of these two things to contemporary human society, they are both evolutionary and purifying."Reading" can improve the inner qualities of human beings, and "nature" becomes a kind of purification field for the body and mind.
In the contemporary city, the man-made products for knowledge and nature are "libraries" and "parks" respectively, which have become the direction of design practice.
By separating the collection space and reading space of the library, which preserves human records and culture, and further placing "reading" into the park, a space full of nature, and using the building to shape the natural scenery, capturing the natural atmosphere and scenery inside the park, weaving different reading space atmospheres between soil, trees, and water, using the environment to find the space of mind and expanding the experience of perception.
It is not only a space to read, but also a space to be read, a place to "cultivate the body and soul".”
