「喝杯花茶，交個朋友」
茶作爲基底代表馬來西亞這片土地，花是民族，三種花代表三種民族，都可以溶於茶中。三種花的混合象徵族群的融合，混合讓味道更有層次，產生獨特的，協調馬來西亞風味的複合式花茶。
名字來源於Bergaul（馬來語），意思是交誼和融合，讓彼此交朋友成爲行動進行式，加上ing，成爲了Gauling。在中文上取名為杲啉，杲有明亮的早晨的意思，啉則是福建話的喝茶，寓意為早上喝茶。

We choose to use complex scented tea formed by the combination of flowers to convey integration of race. Tea is used as the base and represents the land of Malaysia. Flowers represent the race and three types of flowers represent three different races.
