自回歸中國以來，香港不斷被改變。從人口、生活、教育、經濟、政治等方面進行文化換血。面對著中國政府的管制，香港人更向往從前的英國殖民年代。
回到香港，本地人正在面臨的是自由、生活、文化的控制。這是一個全面性的問題，從個人到群體到整個社會。
香港價值是....？
該如何面對現在？
自由？生活？社會？年輕人？
離開？留下？ 反抗？同化？
從牆外人慢慢變成居住在高牆裡的人。
第廿五年，我們需要找尋一種新的生活方式來適應新環境和捍衛原來的文化。
第一步「明」
維持現狀並配合，但暗地裡進行社區改革.....
第二步「目」
在區域內利用老屋改造設立哨塔、裝備倉庫、教育中心等社區單位.....
第三步「張」
各個組成部分慢慢在都市的背面擴張.....
第四、五、六......
在政治的限制下讓自由發揮極致
黃色生活圈充斥著城市各個角落
在無法能為力的情況下大聲吶喊

Since its return to China, Hong Kong has been continuously changed. Cultural exchanges are carried out from the aspects of population, life, education, economy, politics and so on. Facing the control of the Chinese government, Hong Kong people are more yearning for the previous British colonial era.
Now, the Hongkongers are facing the control of freedom, life, and culture. This is a comprehensive problem, from individuals to groups to the entire society.Hong Kong value is....?
How to face the situation?
Freedom? Life? Society? Young people?
Go away? Stay? Resist? Assimilation?
We lived outside the wall in the past, but now we live surrounded by the wall.
In the 25th year, we need to find a new way of life to adapt to the new environment and defend the original culture.
Step 1 "OBEY→BETRAY"
We maintain the status and cooperate with the government, but secretly carry out community reforms...
Step 2 "EXCHANGE"
