「階益登」是一款專為年長者設計，戶外使用的上下樓梯輔具。
設計重點在於拐杖底部、分支以及使用者的雙腳，形成三點支撐，增加上樓梯時的穩定度。
「階益登」降低了年長者上樓梯時受傷的風險，同時也解決戶外場所的樓梯缺少扶手、無障礙坡道的問題，讓年長者在外活動時，能不受限的自由移動。
分支內部為彈簧結構設計，上樓梯時，透過身體下壓的力量，即可讓輔具確實的抵住於兩階樓梯，不易鬆動，也可隨時調整高低，配合各種高度的戶外樓梯。平地行走時，可將分支向內收納，不佔空間。
輔具底部為止滑材質，結合15度傾斜設計，能防止上樓梯時滑動。

The non-slip material at the bottom of the auxiliary device, combined with the 15-degree inclined design, can prevent sliding when going up stairs.
