人類的進步帶給我們人類許多便利，也使我們的文明加速成長，但同時也造成氣候變遷，導致全球暖化、海水上升…等等，已是不可逆的了。假設變遷太過嚴重，冰山全部溶化，海平面上升大約65m-70m，那將有許多沿海城市面臨海水的侵襲，嚴重導致滅村危機。那麼人類基於對土地的依賴性，又該如何去面對海洋的侵蝕？又或者人們在失去土地後往高處遷移 ?那麼新的城市型態該如何重建？又或者順應改變的環境，將城市蓋在水上，成為水上避難所 ?或者成為世外桃源？
The progress of mankind has brought us many conveniences, It also accelerates the growth of our civilization, but it also causes climate change, It is irreversible to cause global warming, rising sea water... and so on. Suppose the changes are too severe and all the icebergs melt, The sea level rises about 65m-70m, There will be many coastal cities facing the invasion of sea water, which will seriously lead to the crisis of extermination of villages. So how should human beings face the erosion of the ocean based on their dependence on land? Or do people move to heights after losing their land? So how should the new urban morphology be rebuilt? Or, to adapt to the changing environment, build the city on the water and become a water refuge? Or become a paradise?
