#台灣本土巧克力 #地質地形 #純手工製作 CHØTERRAIN. 為 chocolate 和 terrain 的結合單字,秉承著宣傳台灣之美,以台灣屏東內埔產的可可製作精美的地形巧克力,透過五感「視覺、觸覺、嗅覺、味覺、聽覺」與消費者產生共鳴,帶大家一探究竟台灣迄今發展。 台灣島地狹卻擁有百種地域,一方水土養育一方人, 地殼造就地形,而地形與氣候更影響著產物和文化,CHØTERRAIN. 運用巧克力的可塑性呈現專屬台灣的地形巧克力,更依據地緣關係選擇口味,並使用在地農產製作。 品牌與小農站在同一陣線,希望能與消費者產生共鳴,一起守護腳下的土地並支持在地農產,提供小農更多推廣機會,也讓島民以「吃中學」深入了解島上億萬年間的演變。 CHØTERRAIN. is a combination of the words "chocolate" and "terrain", dedicated to promoting the beauty of Taiwan. It uses cocoa produced in Neipu, Pingtung, Taiwan to create exquisite terrain chocolates, which resonate with consumers through the five senses of "sight, touch, smell, taste, and hearing", allowing everyone to explore Taiwan's development so far. Although Taiwan is a small island, it has a hundred different regions, with each area nurturing its own people. The landforms created by the earth's crust shape the terrain, which in turn affects the products and culture of each area. CHØTERRAIN. uses the plasticity of chocolate to present exclusive terrain chocolates for Taiwan, selecting flavors based on geographical relationships and using locally produced agricultural products. The brand stands in solidarity with small farmers and hopes to resonate with consumers, together protecting the land beneath our feet and supporting local agriculture, providing small farmers with more promotion opportunities. By "eating and learning," CHØTERRAIN. allows people to deepen their understanding of the island's evolution over millions of years.
