路力家器具的創始初期，可說是一步一腳印的學習之旅。創辦人之一的陳奕夫坦言，最初抱著熱忱進入木家具產業，卻對如何設計出讓人喜愛的作品毫無頭緒。然而，當時大眾對於高品質木家具的接受度尚低，市場需求薄弱，再加上品牌尚未打響，早期經營狀況幾乎無法支撐。
轉機來自一次無意間的發現。創辦人在外婆家找到一把老椅子，陳奕夫靈感突現，認為能透過設計翻新，讓它成為一件既經典又實用的產品。路力家器具以這把「燕椅」為起點，並且選擇透過群眾募資平台測試市場反應。募資前，他們舉辦了多場試坐活動，邀請潛在用戶親身體驗椅子的舒適性，並不斷根據反饋調整設計，將木頭椅子的舒適度提升到新水準。同時，他們也精心制定了一個能被大眾接受的價格策略，成功吸引消費者目光。
The early days of Lo Lat Furniture and Objects were a gradual learning experience. Co-founder Chen Yifu admitted that although he entered the wooden furniture industry with great passion, he initially had little understanding of how to create pieces that would truly resonate with people. At the time, high-quality wooden furniture wasn’t widely embraced, the market demand was limited, and with the brand still under the radar, the business struggled to stay afloat.
A breakthrough came unexpectedly. Chen stumbled upon an old chair at his grandmother’s house, which sparked an idea. He saw the potential to transform the chair into something both timeless and functional through design. This "HIRUNDO Chair" became the starting point for Lo Lat, which decided to draw the market via a crowdfunding campaign. Before launching, they organized several trial sessions, inviting potential customers to experience the chair’s comfort. Based on their feedback, the design was continuously refined, ultimately taking the comfort of wooden chairs to a new level. The team also crafted a pricing strategy that resonated with a wide audience, successfully drawing in consumer interest.

路力家器具於2014年由許家毓、陳奕夫共同成立，品牌專注於製作手工木製家具及家居用品，並且皆以實木為主要材料，透過精湛的工藝手法，展現木材的天然紋理與溫暖質感，為日常生活增添藝術價值。
路力家器具的產品系列涵蓋椅子、桌子、書架、櫃子等，其中《燕椅》更是其代表作之一。燕椅的設計靈感源自燕子的優雅曲線，椅背的S型曲線將方正的居家氛圍柔化，為空間帶來視覺上的律動。椅座與椅背的精心連接不僅確保舒適的坐感，更突顯了木材的自然質地。這些設計不僅受到臺灣本地的喜愛，也在國際設計界獲得廣泛關注，這樣的努力不僅讓路力家器具成為工藝設計界的亮點，也讓其作品在國際間展現出獨特的工藝風采。
