在1975-1985間，人文大道、數理大道、生科大道、適之路都見王大閎的作品。王大閎作品在材質、尺度及色彩等的一貫性，一定程度的穩定了早期中央研究院的空間特性與視覺語彙。其設計簡潔，細部極具美感。
行走院區之間，可看見作品中擅長利用立面的開窗及遮陽版的設計，形成韻律；另除了後期分生所開始表現白色釉面光澤感外，多數作品以紅磚為面，透過紅磚的拼法及分割，創造不同的表情。
Between 1975 and 1985, Wang's works can be seen on Humanities Science Road, Natural Science Road, and Life Science Road, and Shizhi Road. The consistency of Wang’s works in materials, scale, and color has, to a certain extent, stabilized Academia Sinica’s spatial characteristics and established its visual vocabulary. The designs are simple with exquisitely beautiful details.
Walking through the campus, one can observe his masterful use of facade windows and sunshade panels to create rhythm. Except for the later Institute of Molecular Biology, which began to feature glazed surface luster, most works use red brick facades, creating different expressions through brick arrangement and division.
