基礎設施規劃因應氣候變遷，以海綿城市的概念強化水資源系統的管理。配置重點在透過核心及分散型滯洪池，並藉由基地內層層滲透、淨化與滯留機制，達到基地保水、雨洪管理與水資源再利用之目的。中心另設有溫室、環池散步道及戶外展示廣場，提供休憩空間。建築屋頂設置大量太陽能板以減碳。
Infrastructure planning emphasizes responses to climate change, strengthening water resource management through the concept of a sponge city. The layout focuses on both core and decentralized retention ponds, achieving site water conservation, stormwater management, and water reuse through layered systems of infiltration, purification, and retention. The center also includes greenhouses, walking paths surrounding ponds, and outdoor exhibition plazas providing recreational spaces. Extensive solar panels installed on building rooftops further contribute to carbon reduction.
