Where It Started｜Shou Shan Temple - The First Place for Dharma Propagation in Southern Taiwan.

I simply wanted to help them, not for my own interest; but because the devotees were thinking about their shifu (Master). As we kept striving for each other, Shou Shan Temple was born.”

Since the Venerable Master came to Kaohsiung for Dharma propagation, it had been a challenge finding proper venues for these events. After decades of space hunting, the devotees decided to find a piece of land as a permanent location to build a temple for the Venerable Master. The construction of Shou Shan Temple also actualize the Venerable Master’s dream of founding a Buddhist college.
