流浪動物友善送行服務含送行箱、介面及流程設計。根據訪談及研究得知清潔人員處理流浪動物遺體是使用紙箱、塑膠袋及手套，物件多不易操作外，將動物包在塑膠袋內也並非常友善。所以我們設計了一款送行箱，以”家”的意象結合於造型上。除了優化人員使用的體驗，減少心理壓力外，包裝上的QRcode條碼，掃描填寫後能統整個案資訊，讓民眾有機會找回走失且不幸遇害的毛孩。並結合新的服務流程，FAREWELL除了能電話通報清潔隊協助處理動物遺體外，一般民眾也能透過連鎖商店索取送行箱，透過包裝上的視覺指示，一步一步完成步驟，一起將動物友善落實在社會中。

The stray animal remains farewell service aims to provide cleaners and the general public with a friendly and proper handling of stray animal remains when they are found.The design includes stray animal body box, APP interface and service process design.The body box is convenient to operate, and has a bar code on the top. After scanning, the case information can be filled in. Data integration makes the information transparent, and each piece of data can be clearly recorded. The service not only benefits the cleaners, but also gives a chance for lost pets without microchips to be found and allows animals to depart with dignity.
