《慢遊島物》意思為「放慢自我的步調，細細體會的旅遊，認識寶島台灣上的景物」，希望能透過這樣的理念來推廣地方的文化與故事讓更多人了解。
建立網站平台，整合火車環島經過的慢旅行路線，推薦四種特色主題，由此延伸出了78個代表景物，稱之為「島物」；將其組成〈島物圖鑑〉並於平台內呈現，供給「島物的由來、出沒地點以及旅遊資訊等」，使用者可以依照喜好的主題瀏覽圖鑑，選擇感興趣的島物開始探索。
除此之外，為了讓大家更投入於慢旅行，我們設計了一系列伴遊小物；在手帳上紀錄這趟旅程回憶的「揹著走旅行書衣包」；陪伴獨自旅行也不孤單的「小導遊公仔-慢慢」；將特色景物轉化成紀念的「島物別針」與「島物磁鐵」。讓它們豐富旅行中的每一刻，一同從慢旅行中發掘臺灣的美好並留下回憶。

The concept of "Slow tour of the island" is" which emphasizes slowing down one's pace, immersing oneself deeply in travel experiences, and getting to know the scenery of Taiwan's beautiful island. Through this concept, the aim is to promote local culture and stories to a wider audience.
A website platform has been established to integrate slow travel routes around the island accessible by train. It recommends four distinct thematic routes, which have further been expanded into 78 representative landmarks known as "Island Elements". These elements are compiled into an "Island Elements picture Encyclopedia" on the platform, providing information on each element's origins, locations, and travel tips. Users can browse the picture encyclopedia according to their preferred themes and select elements of interest to begin their exploration.
In addition, to enhance the slow travel experience, a series of companion items have been designed: a "Travel Diary Backpack" for recording memories of the journey; a " Guide Doll-Slowly" to accompany solo travelers; and commemorative items such as "Island Elements Pins" and "Island Elements Magnets" to collect and cherish.
These items enrich every moment of the journey and help travelers discover the beauty of Taiwan through slow travel while leaving behind cherished memories.
