蒙特梭利教具早期由於生產技術與材料的限制,使用木材及砂紙做為觸覺板主要的材料。但這些教具經過多年的使用,容易磨損或消耗,且不易清潔,無法達成蒙特梭利教具所需要的精準學習,而砂紙也容易造成幼兒手部皮膚的磨損。為了改善現有教具在材料上的缺點,我們將新的觸覺板材料改為鋁和竹子,但保留蒙特梭利觸覺板的學習方式。這不僅維持了原有的尺寸和外觀,並將觸覺區域從砂紙更改為蝕刻的鋁板。不論使用多久,鋁板表面的粗糙度都不容易被消耗,並且更容易清潔,讓幼兒有一個可以準確學習觸覺的輔助工具。

In the early days of Montessori teaching aids, due to the limitation of production technology and materials, wood and sandpaper were used as the main materials of the rough board. However, after years of use, these teaching aids are easy to wear or consume, and are not easy to clean. They cannot achieve the precise learning required by Montessori teaching aids, and the sandpaper is also prone to wear and tear on the skin of children's hands. In order to improve the material shortcomings of the existing teaching aids, we changed the material of the new rough board to aluminum and bamboo, but retained the learning method of the Montessori. This not only maintains the original size and appearance, but also changes the tactile area from sandpaper to etched aluminum. No matter how long it is used, the roughness of the surface of the aluminum plate is not easy to be consumed, and it is easier to clean, so that young children have an auxiliary tool that can accurately learn the sense of touch.
