在群體中，人們的想法常被他人影響，同時也存在著多數與少數者的區分。而「多數決」的目的是為了在無法下定論的事情時，去做有效率的表決，但卻成了少數秉持己見的人被忽視，或是盲目的跟隨他人的想法，這時少數者有沒有舉手已經無意義，只是形式上的一環，而這是否成了一種多數者的獨裁？
In a group, people's ideas are often influenced by others, and there is also a distinction between the majority and the minority. The purpose of "majority rule" is to make an efficient vote when it is impossible to reach a conclusion, but it has become a minority of people who insist on their own opinions and are ignored, or blindly follow other people's ideas. At this time, the minority has not raising hands is meaningless. It is just a formality. Has this become a dictatorship of the majority?
