Using park lampposts and shorter trees as design attachments, a columnar structure is used to simulate the shape of a tree to attract birds. Bird feeders are also hung on the structure to establish bird populations.
The structure includes an interior space where birds can protect their nests from destruction and threats from predators, reducing the risk of birds building nests in urban areas and thereby lowering the risk of electrical accidents.
