不一樣的里民活動中心 - Being another community activity center

本設計案以服務里民為出發點，探討各年齡層之里民真正的需求，以不同角度切入，達到重新活化里民活動中心的目的。
在「外觀情境」上，透過空間量體的退縮與釋放以及公園綠意的自然滲入，吸引公園人流，並針對不同情境開窗，創造不同的空間情境。「室內空間」以打破空間秩序，做出不一樣的空間層次變化，且改變以往進入室內的順序，進入空間後，彷彿置身室外，在五感上給予使用者不一樣的空間體驗；最後，希望從服務、社交、共食、辦公、安親、休閒活動需求等細節規劃讓所有里民重新踏入里民活動中心，使空間與公園共生，重現生機。

This design proposal takes the needs of local residents living in Zhongcheng Vil. as the starting point, exploring the genuine needs of residents of all ages from different perspectives, in order to revitalize the community activity center. In terms of "external context", the space volume is retracted and released, and the natural infiltration of park greenery is used to attract park visitors. Windows are opened according to different contexts to create different spatial environments. In terms of "interior space", the design breaks the spatial order and creates different spatial level changes. The sequence of entering the interior space is also changed, so that users feel as if they are in an outdoor environment and have a different spatial experience in all five senses. Finally, the aim is to plan the details of services, socializing, dining, work, childcare, and leisure activities to allow all residents to re-enter the community activity center, making the space and the park symbiotic and reviving vitality
