金沙老人日常生活場域

作品名稱 Title: 金沙老人日常生活場域_公車站×沙美車站 The Area of Daily Life for the Jinsha Elderly_Bus Stop and Jinsha Bus Station 指導老師 Adviser: 郭芷瑜 基地位置 Location: 金門/沙美 Shamei/Kinmen 作品介紹 Description: 目前台灣仍是屬於後期的方式去解決高齡化社會的問題,對於失智及失能的長者有完善的照顧,但這將會花費過多人力及資金,然而最根本的方法應讓長者在健康時期持續維持身體的機能, 讓他們不會隨著年齡增長,身體越來越衰弱,最後還是進入到日照中心或是長照中心。以運動健身的方式「預防老化,延緩老化」才是解決之道。 我把對象鎖定在健康老年人身上,希望他們能夠藉由運動達到維持身體健康,不要未來還得進入長照體系。 我觀察阿嬤平時的日常生活,發現他經常以公車作為往返家裡與沙美菜市場的交通工具。 老年人退休後,平時時間較為彈性可配合公車等候時間且可免費搭乘金門公車,故金門公車的使用者以老人為主。 藉由上述的特點,我想將運動帶入老年人的日常生活中,在他們的生活路徑上加入機能,與以往長照體系的不同,不在是單點式的固定機構化地點,而是以多點式融入在他們的生活路徑上,讓老年人可以在等候公車的瑣碎時間進行運動或是社交等活動。 候車亭設計 解決原本候車亭本身的問題,再置入新機能,重新定義公車亭的使用模式。 我對金沙鎮的候車亭進行設計,利用模矩化的方式,以2.4M的木構跨距尺寸排列組合不同空間形成TYPE1/TYPE2/TYPE3,三種不同類型的候車亭設計,再選擇兩處基地作為候車亭的示範點。 沙美車站設計 原本沙美車站動線混亂以及機能複雜,為解決此問題,而重新選擇基地位置進行設計操作,以梁柱系統及CLT板作為結構系統,將候車亭的跨距尺寸2.4M以倍數放大尺寸應用在車站設計上,並以身體訓練以及心靈強化為主要活動空間達到預防及減緩老化,將坡道作為訓練路徑串聯整棟建築物。 Currently the way that Taiwan addresses the issue of aging population still takes aim at later stage, where the eldery who have already developed dementia and disability are being taken good care of. However, the budget for human resources and expenses can be costly with this approach. The key to solving this issue is to ensure that the elderly maintain normal body functions while they are still healthy so that they don’t become weak as they age and eventually get sent to day-care center. To tackle this problem at its root, preventing aging through exercising is the only solution. From my observation on my grandma’s daily routines, I found that she usually uses bus as her transportation tool to travel back and forth from home to Shamei market. After old people retire, the schedule of them becomes more flexible and thus the schedule of buses fits that well. Besides, bus is free for the elderly. It then comes no surprise that the main customers of buses in Kinmen are the elderly. With the above mentioned pattern, I would like to bring exercise into the daily life of the elderly. Different from the old system of day-care, instead of just having day-care centers fixed at certain locations, multiple functioning points are integrated into their daily route, which enables the eldery to engage in physical or social activities. The design of bus stop I design the bus stop in Jinsha, fixing the problem with previous bus stop design by adding in new functions to redefine the usage mode of bus stops. By utilizing modular approach, I use wooden span with 2.4 M in length and make them into permutations that forms different spaces: TYPE1/TYPE2/TYPE3,which are 3 types of different design for bus stop. And then I picked two bases as the demonstration points for the bus stops. The design of Shamei station Previously, the traffic flow of Shamei station is messy and the functions are complicated as well. In order to solve these problems, we re-choose the base location to do our design. Beam and column system and CLT are used as structural system. The bus stop’s span size of 2.4 M is magnified by factors and is applied to the design of bus stop. Both physical and mental training takes place as the main activities in these spaces, achieving the effect of preventing and reducing aging. And we also use ramps as the training route which connects the whole building.
