【實踐 SDG 12 改善水庫淤泥堆積問題】
水庫淤泥堆積一直是影響台灣水庫蓄水量下降的關鍵問題，使政府每年需支出近億元清淤費用，而目前淤泥用途少，通常被視為廢棄物。
因此我們與水庫周邊的鶯歌製陶廠商合作，把 100% 淤泥轉化成再生顏料，透過溫度變化燒製成不同顏色，並以乾、溼方式呈現蠟筆及水墨質感，可使用在瓷器彩繪、繪畫藝術上。
會作為鶯歌在地伴手禮，藉此讓來訪鶯歌旅客和大眾認識淤泥，並透過消費來支持永續產品，進而使廠商看見商機，發展更多淤泥再生用途，形成在地循環經濟。
【To practice SDG12, We want to improve the accumulation of silt in the reservoir.】
The reservoir siltation has been the key reason for the decline in reservoir storage, as a result, the government needs to spend nearly 100 million dollars to deal with the sludge every year. However, sludge is currently less used and is generally considered waste.
Our research attempt to convert 100% of sludge into recycled pigments. We control the temperature change of the kiln to fire into different colors, and present the texture of crayon and ink in dry and wet ways, which can be used in ceramic painting and painting art.
In this way, let the public know about sludge and support sustainable products through consumption. This will enable manufacturers to see business opportunities and develop more sludge recycling purposes. It is hoped that a local circular economy can be formed in the future.
