本館規劃以陶瓷的不可回收性做為開端，講述廢棄陶瓷如何經過再生技術變為新成品擁有新生命，會以不同的展區展示陶瓷再生後的成品，例如再生陶瓷地磚區、陶瓷馬賽克畫柱專區等等。而現在技術甚至還有新型陶瓷3D列印機的出現，是藉由軟化的陶瓷纖維列印，可以直接印出陶瓷工藝品，也在本館的最後一區進行了詳細介紹，目的就是使參觀者參觀完全館後，能對再生環保更加有概念。本館的座落地點為陶瓷古鎮鶯歌，於鶯歌陶瓷博物館旁。
