火場自救呼吸器 - O2 SELF-SAVE DEVICE

根據世界衛生組織數據,全球每年約有40萬人因火災死亡,其中有75%的死亡是由於煙霧、熱氣和有毒氣體引起的。因此我們想設計一款「火場自救呼吸器」,其原理是透過超氧化鉀與人類呼出的二氧化碳及水蒸氣發生氧化還原反應,產生氧氣,供給乾淨氧源給身處火場的受困者,降低因濃煙或是有毒氣體嗆傷甚至死亡的風險。 - According to World Health Organization data , approximately 400,000 people worldwide die from fires each year, with 75% of these deaths being attributed to smoke, hot air, and toxic gases. Therefore, we aim to design a "O2 self-save device" . This reaction generates oxygen, providing a clean oxygen source for individuals trapped in a fire, thereby reducing the risk of being choked or fatally harmed by dense smoke and toxic substances.
