隨著城市發展，各地來往越發容易，高架橋 在城市中的應用越來越發達，隨之附帶的 產生了許多橋下的線性空間。
其中大多變成閒置空間，使橋下空間成為 城市中人們常看到但卻忽略的問題，並帶 來負面的感受。 我們希望通過活化城市設計消除高架下空 間的壓抑感帶來的負面影響，並希望由「快速路過」到「散步靜心」之間做心情轉換，讓 快步調的台中都市鐵路中有慢步調建物， 活用並成為生活交流場所，促進周邊環境 帶的總體進步。

As the use of viaducts in the city becomes more and more developed, many linear spaces under the bridges are created. Most of them become unused space, making the space under the bridge a commonly seen but neglected problem in the city.
By revitalizing the urban design, we hope to eliminate the negative impact of the space under the elevated bridges and change the mood from "fast passing" to "walking and meditation", so that the fast-paced Taichung urban railroad can have slow-paced buildings.buildings
