故事中的女主角徐杉杉，因一場車禍而失去一段記憶，再次醒來時一直備受著噩夢循環的困擾，因此在借助好友方曉玥的介紹之下，尋求心理醫生姜穎幫助，透過一段時間的治療，徐杉杉在一次的睡夢中，意外看見自己與現實中遇到的男主角高宇翔不僅有著特殊的關係存在，還看到自己的好友也參與其中之後，漸漸的開始懷疑一切，決定由自己的方式去尋找答案，她透過夢境裡的線索返回現場搜索證物，隨著記憶逐漸恢復，徐杉杉意外得知驚人的真相。
