【福爾摩沙管風琴文化協會】由理事長林昭憲帶領，以「音樂展演」、「國際交流」、「公益音樂教育」為核心理念，專注於發現、創造、形塑、保存並延伸台灣管風琴文化資產。協會透過展演與教育，支持在地音樂家，並積極回應國際藝術永續議題，逐步建立台灣在世界音樂版圖上的獨特敘事。
自 2023 年起，協會邀請國際活躍的管風琴演奏家、跨域藝術家余曉怡擔任藝術總監，正式啟動【福爾摩沙國際管風琴藝術節】，以「管風琴 × 教育 × 公益」為方向，北中南全台串連展演、展覽、公益教育與社群，活化地方教堂與社區的珍貴文化資產，讓管風琴之聲成為跨越世代與場域的文化能量。
從2023年起，協會至今已成功策辦三屆【福爾摩沙國際管風琴藝術節】，逐步提升台灣在國際舞台的曝光度，透過與多國音樂節及藝術機構的交流合作，帶動文化影響力、拓展台灣管風琴的文化價值。
同時培養青年演奏家，孕育新生代音樂力量。並持續「藝術 × 科技 × 公益」的跨域合作，將管風琴帶入教育、永續與國際議題之中。
福爾摩沙管風琴文化協會持續以文化使命為核心，將管風琴從單一樂器轉化為連結教育、公益、科技與國際的文化載體，為台灣在世界音樂舞台上奏響獨特而深刻的聲音。
【福爾摩沙管風琴文化協會】公益成果
福爾摩沙管風琴文化協會連續三年【福爾摩沙國際管風琴藝術節】舉辦過展覽、教堂社區親子音樂會、國家兩廳院與衛武營等大型音樂會，帶領學子前進音樂廳，將音樂教育向下扎根。
2023 年第一屆國際管風琴藝術節，我們以「發現台灣管風琴之美」為主題，以音樂與建築為主軸，在萬華剝皮寮舉辦特展，吸引超過成功吸引超過20,000人次參與，讓大眾以新的方式認識「樂器之王」實踐在地文化的深耕，並將台灣知名教堂建築與管風琴的價值帶入公共視野。
三年來期間每一場音樂會，我們持續公益教育計畫，讓音樂撫慰人心，至今共計逾3000名學子與弱勢團體，公益對象範圍包括：特殊教育與偏鄉地區學子、身障腦麻協會、弱勢團體、社福團體（家庭照護、婦女關懷、兒少教育、生命教育、急難救助）與醫護人員前進音樂廳。
The Formosa Pipe Organ Society, led by Chair Chao-Hsien Lin, is guided by the core aims of concert presentation, international exchange, and public music education. The Society is dedicated to discovering, creating, shaping, preserving, and extending Taiwan’s pipe-organ cultural assets. Through performances and educational programs, it supports local musicians, engages with global conversations on arts and sustainability, and builds a distinctive Taiwanese narrative on the world musical map.
Since 2023, the Formosa Pipe Organ Society has appointed organist and cross-disciplinary creative artist Hsiao-Yi Yu as Artistic Director and launched the Formosa International Organ Festival. Framed by “Organ × Education × Public Benefit,” the Society links northern, central, and southern Taiwan through concerts, exhibitions, outreach, and community initiatives—revitalizing church heritage and neighborhood culture so that the organ’s voice becomes a cross-generational cultural force. From 2023 to the present, the Society has produced three editions of the Festival, expanding Taiwan’s international visibility through collaborations with music festivals and arts institutions across multiple countries. In parallel, the Society cultivates young performers and advances cross-sector collaborations that connect the organ with education, technology, public benefit, and international dialogue. Anchored in its cultural mission, the Formosa Pipe Organ Society continues to transform the organ from a single instrument into a cultural vehicle—sounding a distinctive and resonant Taiwanese voice on the world stage.
