由漆藝職人以南投埔里桃米社區的代表作物竹子做為材料，取竹節設計出蝴蝶的造型，並選用同是埔里引以為傲的天然漆工藝，製成精緻美麗的竹蝶，將彩蝶的美麗永恆留存，也傳遞出最具埔里特色的創意。
The lacquer craftsmen used bamboo, the representative crop of Taomi Community in Puli, Nantou, as material and designed butterfly shapes from bamboo joints. They also used the famous lacquer craftsmanship in Puli to make exquisite and beautiful bamboo butterflies. Preserving the beauty of colorful butterflies forever and conveying the unique creativity of Puli.
