Knowing very well that talking alone is not enough, Venerable Master purchased slides from Japan and projected a slideshow on Buddhism. Through the use of visual effects, devotees felt as if they were watching a movie. Back in the 50s, there were no televisions in Taiwan, therefore the use of projectors, radios, singing, and talks made the Dharma propagation events on village and town squares very interesting, and were thus welcomed by the villagers.
