[The 2014 New Craft FUN – the New Craft Talent Enrolment Project] Material: Half & half clay, black primer, eggshell, seashell Size: 6.3x12x28cm In Taroko Gorge in Hualien, its towering cliffs and the torrential Liwu River make a magnificent landscape of nature’s incredible act. The layered mountain walls, crystal-clear streams, and lush green mountains and waters are much like traditional lacquer art, as both have rendered enchanting scenery through exceptionally long time. This work being a water pitcher on dining table can also be used as a decorative piece depicting a landscape scene.
