Two Herakles sit on the ground with their knees bent. Were originally little demons stepped under the god. Wood-carved artist, Chi-Tsun Chen noticed their cuteness then turned them from supporting roles into main characters. Upgrade the appearance of little demons into the image of strong men. The two figures are of the same size and have the same modeling features. They both have big ears, short horns, tiger-like arms and waist, long hair from head to back, and copper rings on both feet and hands. However, in addition to likenesses and similarities, there are also differences but corresponding parts, such as: one person has two horns, stares, left hand supports his head, and his right knee supports his chin; the other person has one horn, eyes closed, left hand hugging his leg, and left knee supports his chin. Overall, it gives a cute impression of being tall and short. Chi-Tsun Chen's traditional sculptures incorporate the anatomical knowledge of modern human structure. His muscles are clear and powerful, and he is both humane and imaginative. He is a master of wood carving that straddles tradition and modernity. His sculptures, similar to those of Herakles, later developed into works made of various materials such as paintings and metal, which are admired by many people.
