The artist, originally specializing in flowerpot making, builds upon a solid foundation in wheel throwing and skillfully applies ceramic techniques such as relief sculpting, appliqué, and carving. A cloud dragon coils around the body of the long-necked vase, seamlessly connecting to the neck, while concentric circular lines enhance the sense of movement. The piece showcases its hard texture and exhibits the distinctive luster characteristic of wood-fired ceramics.
