Although Malaysia is a country of diverse ethnic groups, religions, and cultures, it has yet to have any policy measures to encourage multiculturalism. On the contrary, in terms of urban development, it is constantly copying and pasting in every corner of the city by means of shopping malls, so that all ethnic groups seem to live together in one place. However, whenever power and interests are competing and distributing, some individuals will selectively highlight the identity of some so-called unit cultural circles, reveal the advantages of the cultural circle to which they belong, and then compete with other opposing cultural circles. Therefore, I reimagined the state of integration of diverse ethnic groups and the space needed through the old city of Kuala Lumpur, rethinking the public way, and establishing inter-ethnic identity and a new urban culture.
