空間設置蟬蛹狀外觀，歷經誕生、成蛹、破蛹、展翅四個區域，觀賞插畫敘事同時，也在手寫的提問裡，與自我進行對話。 「道」有路之意，所有道都是通向自己。隧道在許多宮崎駿的經典動畫作品皆為「轉換時空」的地方，以歸真為目的，設計出能專注沈浸於當下時間的《蛹道》，透過留白的白色隧道，從外部世界走進自己的心理，經歷蛹生誕生的蠕動、成人的結殼、褪殼的衰變、破蛹的疼痛，最終成為自己。

創作靈感大多來自生活，一句話、一個想法、一瞬間的感受。難以用言語表達的，Yu-Ting 透過視覺語言去表達、呈現，在她眼中的一件小事，便能在一百個人眼中，成為一百件小事。喜歡在每個創作中不斷嘗試新的東西，在對比中創造平衡、柔軟亦堅毅、簡單亦複雜、平靜亦情緒化。

作品以文字及影像為主，喜歡影像因爲每個人背後的經歷不同而帶來不同的感受，再加上文字時常造成他人的誤解，當影像與文字結合時所引起的雙重誤解，如同人生／生命／生活那樣矛盾。

大學時期因受到了一本書的啟發而開始了與花草之間的連結。喜歡以花材的原色呈現最貼近自然的樣子，同時也能夠保有花的生命力。 對於花藝的理念：「花不只是形式上的美麗，更是幸福的傳遞。」
