一座提供礁葬服務的海洋生態復育館，將骨灰倒入牡蠣殼碎屑灌製而成的專用骨灰罐，再嵌入預先投入海中的人工魚礁 （ 以下簡稱永生礁 ） ，提供日後到水下空間追思的服務。永生礁能提供小型海洋生物棲息地，未來每增加一個永生礁，就能在慎終追遠的同時對海洋環境保育盡一份力，讓一個生命的結束，創造另外一群生命的誕生，生生不息。

The Marine Ecology Restoration Center offers reef burial services by pouring ashes into an artificial reef made of oyster shell debris (called Reborn Reef). Families of the deceased can participate in the burial process and hold future memorial services in underwater spaces. The Reborn Reef provides a habitat for marine organisms. The addition of more Reborn Reefs in the future will help preserve the marine environment and create new life from the end of another.
