小學時期午餐都會有許多廚餘，我們利用有廚餘清道夫稱號的黑水虻，能分解廚餘，繁殖力也強，學校也會有種植蔬菜的課程，黑水虻也能餵食魚兒，因此我們將養殖箱與魚菜共生結合。

During elementary school, there were often a lot of food scraps leftover from lunch. We used black soldier flies, which are known as "clean-up crews" for their ability to break down food waste. They are highly reproductive and we also had a school program for growing vegetables. The black soldier flies could also be used to feed the fish, so we combined the aquaculture tank with a symbiotic relationship between the fish and vegetables.
