在創作中，材料和手藝是表現價值的重要元素，許多作品的價值是來自於材料的堆疊和產生。同樣地，手藝的表現也在作品中佔據著重要的地位。我因此而產生一個想法：如果將被稱為價值的貨幣作為工藝的材料，這是否只是純粹反映貨幣的價值，還是展現各國國力的象徵？這個想法促使我考慮直接將貨幣用於創作產品。錢幣這個材料可能在人們眼中既俗氣又高尚，但在我的設計中，我希望藉由錢幣呈現出獨特的藝術價值。
Materials and skills are important elements in my creation. The value of artworks was piling and generating through all the materials. At the same time, the expression of craftsmanship also plays an important role in the works. Therefore, I came up with a thought, what is the value of the material that we made into currency? Does it simply show the value of currency or it symbolizes the power of each country? This idea made me consider using currency directly to create products. The material of coins may be tacky and noble to some people, while in my design, I hope to show unique artistic value through coins.
