潮間帶與離島群，是赤崁村的大海藏寶庫也是賴以為生的特殊場域，擷取潮汐的漲退時刻，作為赤崁生態與經濟地景的描繪：海平面以上、以下、與之間的變換樣貌之留存。珊瑚島飾物，挑選了「章魚」及「河豚」空氣鳳梨作為搭配，材料本身的不規則孔隙讓植物得以抓附與呼吸。使用者也能自行搭配喜歡的植栽或花材，打造自己的赤崁潮間地景。
The intertidal zones and offshore islets are both the treasure troves and lifelines of Chikan Village. This piece captures the ebb and flow of the tides as a poetic map of Chikan's ecological and economic landscape—preserving the shifting states above, below, and between the sea's surface. Coral Island features forms inspired by octopuses and pufferfish, paired with air plants such as Tillandsia. The materials’ porous textures allow the plants to anchor and breathe. Users are invited to add their own favorite plants or floral elements, creating a personalized intertidal landscape—a living memory of Chikan.
