島旅禾日 FORMOSA SPICES

島旅,以露營旅行探索台灣島嶼;禾日,呼吸之間,香氣瀰漫,伴隨日常。將台灣原生香料結合戶外露營活動,同時感受在地的香氣氛圍。 生命不能沒有香料,就像大地不能沒有太陽,香料雖然看不見但卻是料理的靈魂,細細地品嘗,會發現躲在每道料理中的精靈。 台灣雖不是世界香料主要產地,但得天獨厚的地理位置和氣候環境,依舊孕育出許多充滿特色的在地香料。台灣傳統的飲食文化中,也在料理上大量使用香料,但現況而言,台灣的香料來源還是以進口為主。 透過田調和訪談專家後,精選台灣原生香料,挑選出以下五種具實用性及特殊性的植物,分別為:土肉桂、羅氏鹽膚木、月桃、食茱萸、馬告。品牌主打便於攜帶的綜合調味粉包,讓民眾在露營時不需攜帶過多瓶罐,不必因怕麻煩而犧牲調味,便能品嘗到芳香四溢的料理,同時推出香料調味粉罐、天然香料防蚊液、香料茶包等一系列產品。 希望民眾於露營同時,沈靜於大自然的氛圍裡,以簡單的生活方式細品原生香料的風味,讓台灣香料的價值被世人所看見。 Formosa Spice explores Taiwan through camping trips, combining Taiwan's native spices with outdoor camping activities, and experiencing the aroma of the local area through minimalist and natural living methods. Although the spices are invisible, they are the soul of the cuisine, and if you taste them carefully, you will find the spirit hidden in each dish. Even though Taiwan is not a major spice producer in the world, its unique geographical location and climate have given birth to many distinctive local spices. The traditional Taiwanese culinary culture makes extensive use of spices in its cuisine, but as of now, Taiwan's spices are mainly imported. Through field research and interviews with experts, we have selected the following five plants that are native to Taiwan and have practical and special characteristics: Odourbark Cinnamon, Chinensis Sumac, Mountain Litsea , Alianthu Pricklyash, and Beautiful Galanga. The brand's main focus is on easy-to-carry comprehensive flavoring powder packs, so that people do not need to carry too many bottles and jars when camping, and do not have to sacrifice flavoring for fear of trouble, and can taste the aromatic cuisine, and at the same time launched a series of products such as spice flavoring powder jars, natural spice mosquito repellent, and spice tea bags. We hope that people will be able to taste the flavor of native spices in a simple way while camping in the atmosphere of nature, so that the value of Taiwan spices can be seen by the world.
